Architecture Aptitude Test
Architecture Admissions in IITs: B.Arch in IIT Kharagpur or IIT Roorkee
AAT – Architecture Aptitude Test is an entrance test conducted by IIT for admission to 5 year B.Arch course at IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee. Candidates who qualify JEE Advanced 2016 are eligible to appear in AAT 2016.
This implies that a candidate desirous of taking admission in 5 year B.Arch programme at IIT need to clear three entrance exams: JEE Mains , JEE Advanced and AAT.
AAT 2016 will be conducted at the 7 zonal IITs on 15th June 2016 at 9:00 am to 12 pm. The entrance test consists of one paper of three hour duration. The registration for AAT 2016 starts on 12th June 2016 at 10 am and closes on 13th June 2016 at 5 pm. The admit card of JEE Advanced should be produced for AAT as no separate admit card is issued. AAT results will be declared on 19thJune and only those candidates who secure marks above the cut-off will be declared PASS. The cut-off marks for passing AAT is decided by Joint Implementation Committee of JEE Advanced 2016
